We ask you to walk us through your current situation — where you are, what you're trying to accomplish, and what's getting in the way. No prepared pitch needed — just your honest current state.

Assessment (15 min)
We dig into the specifics — your business model, your challenges, your goals, and the gaps between where you are and where you want to be. We ask direct questions because direct answers lead to better guidance.

Recommendations (20 min)
We share our honest assessment and our specific recommendations — what to prioritize, what to defer, and what the path forward looks like. You leave with clear next steps regardless of whether we work together.

Next Steps (15 min)
If we're a good fit, we'll outline what an engagement would look like — timeline, scope, and what you can expect. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and point you to the right resources.

Is the discovery consultation free?

Yes. Discovery calls are always complimentary. We want to make sure we're the right fit before either of us invests in a paid engagement. There's no pressure and no hard sell.
What should I prepare before the call?

Nothing formal is required. It helps to think through: where your business currently stands, what your main challenge or goal is, and what you've already tried. The more honest context you provide, the more useful the session will be.
Can I book for an existing business or just a new one?

Both. We work with pre-launch entrepreneurs, recently launched businesses, and established companies looking to grow, modernize, or expand into new areas like government contracting or AI. We meet you where you are.
